We want to deliver excellence in all we do. That’s why your feedback is important to us.
We want to know what we are doing well and what we aren’t. It will help us understand what we need to do to change things for the better.
You can give your feedback directly our staff. Everyone loves a compliment! They can also help you if things aren't going quite right.
There are lots of other ways you can share feedback too. You can find out more on this page.
Sometimes we will do better than you expect. Sometimes we might not meet the high standard we want. When this happens, we want to know.
This is so we can feedback to our teams and let them know what they’re doing well and what they need to improve.

Healthwatch is an independent group that speaks up for people who use health and social care services.
Its job is to make sure people are at the centre of care. They listen to what people like about services and what needs to be better. Then they share these ideas with those who can make changes.
Healthwatch also helps people find the information they need about local services.

- By clicking one of the website links further down this section.
