We have two core strategies for STSFT. These set out what we want to do and achieve as a Trust over the next five years, up to 2030.
This includes where we will focus our efforts to keep improving what we do. Our patients and the people we look after, are at the heart of these.
Our Clinical Strategy sets out how we aim to achieve excellence over the next five years.
Our Patient Safety and Quality Strategy sets out how we aim to achieve excellence in all that we do.
We also have six other strategies to support what we do. We call these our 'enabling' strategies. They will help us deliver on our two core strategies.
